AGREED TERMS

1. INTERPRETATION

1.1 DEFINITIONS

VDTagmean an Android Application, where Clients can register and scan the purchased VD Tags for placing the orders with the Service Provider asspecified in this agreement.

Customer means any customer of the Client.

Effective Date means the date of this agreement.

2. VD TAGS ( STICKERS )

2.1 VD Tags (Stickers) will be sold on a prepaid basis.
2.2 Each VDTag (Sticker) will be usable only once.
2.3 In the event, any deliberate attempt to reuse/misuse it will attract Legal Action.
2.4 The weight limit for anything to be Picked Up / Delivered using the VDTags is up to 2 K.Gs.
2.5 Dimensional limit of anything to transferred/shipped using the VDTag is, 22” length X 15” width X 25” height (anything that would fit in the delivery boy’s bag).
2.6 Once the sale of the sticker takes place, the buyer/client will be solely responsible for its security, VDeliver, in any way, will not be liable for the loss or damage or any direct/indirect act by any party that would render the sticker unusable.
2.7 In case if the sticker is lost/ damaged or any act with/without the knowledge of the buyer/client be it direct/indirect by himself/any party renders the stickers unusable, the buyer/client could request for additional stickers which would be provided to him at the convenience of VDeliver for a surcharge of Rs.30/- per sticker.
2.8 In case the service provider i.e. VDeliver fails to deliver the product, the cause of which is not an act of god or anything not under VDeliver’s control, then the buyer will be entitled to a new sticker along with a compensation of Rs.50/-
2.9 In case the customer is unable to receive the delivery of product, then the sticker would be considered used and no compensatory sticker would be provided.
2.10 In the event, the product is not available for the pickup, the Service Provider shall inform the same to the Client and there would be a service charge of Rs.30 shall be levied and new sticker shall be provided at the convenience of VDeliver.

3. SERVICES& TERMS OF SERVICE LEVELS

3.1 The Services shall include pick up, delivery from and to the respective destinations provided by the Client to the Service Provider.
3.2 Pick-up/delivery always indicates a single point location.
3.3 The orders shall be placed only through registering on VDTag (https://goo.gl/q2Ou7C) and scanningthe purchased VDTags (Stickers).
3.4 All the details pertaining to the order must be placed through VDTag (Android Application) only.

3.5 SERVICE TIME COMMITMENT

3.5.1 The working hours of the Service Provider shall be from 11.00 A.M to 11.00 P.M.
3.5.2 However, the Service Provider shall start taking orders from 11am and the orders shall be initiated from 11.30 A.M.
3.5.3 Service Provider will stop accepting the orders at 10.00 P.M.
3.5.4 In the event, the Client opts for services outside the service areas or after the service time, It’s up to the discretion of the service provider to provide the service for an additional charge which shall be informed to the client or to intimate the client regarding the non-availability of the service.

3.6 The Service Provider shall not be liable to pay for the cost of Product in case such Product is rejected by the Customer due to delay in Delivery, however the Service Provider shall reduce the above mentioned delivery charges in such cases.
3.7 However, in no event shall the Service Provider be responsible for any delay due to the factors either not under or beyond the control of the Service Provider.
3.8 The Service Provider shall make all attempts to deliver the product to the customer including communicating with the customer, finding alternative address for delivery etc.
3.9 The Service Provider may contact the customers at the delivery point through SMS/ Email / Phone or in person for facilitating easy delivery to the right customer.

4. RESPONSIBILITIES OF SERVICE PROVIDER

4.1 The Service Provider shall be responsible for providing the pick-up, delivery services and all services mentioned herein to the Client.
4.2 The Service Provider shall use best efforts to ensure a smooth and safe delivery.
4.3 The Service Provider shall be responsible for providing services to the orders placed through only VDTag (Android Application) by scanning the VDTags (Stickers).
4.4 The Service Provider shall not be responsible for the orders placed by the Client in whatsoever manner.
4.5 In the event of cancellation, the Cancellation terms as mentioned in Clause 8 of this agreement shall be applicable

5. RESPONSBILITIES OF CLIENT

5.1 The Client shall be responsible for all the orders placed with the Service Provider through VDTag(Android Application)
5.2 The Client shall be responsible for providing all the details required for pick-up, delivery and other services of the Service Provider.
5.3 In the event of cancellation, the Client shall adhere to the Cancellation terms as mentioned in the Clause 8 of this agreement.
5.4 In the event of Cash of Delivery (COD), the Client shall adhere to the Clause 6 of this agreement.

6. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

6.1 In the event of Cash on Delivery (COD), it will attract the additional service charges which will be Rs.50/- or 1 % of the amount collected, whichever is higher will be applicable.
6.2 The COD amount shall be remitted into the account of the Client by the Service Provider on

i. Monday
ii. Wednesday
iii. Friday

6.3 In the event, the above mentioned day is a holiday, the same shall be deposited into the following cycle.

In the event of any cancellation, the following terms shall apply

9. LIABILITY

9.1 The Client shall be liable for all products, orders placed with the Service Provider through the VDTag (Android Application).
9.2 The Client shall be liable for providing all the details required for the pick-up, delivery and other services of the Service Provider.
9.3 The Client shall be liable for ensuring compliance with all the laws being in force while placing any order with the Service Provider
9.4 The Client shall be liable for payservice charges, in the event of COD orders.
